Patrick is a partner in the Built Environment Group in our London office. He has wide and in-depth experience in all aspects of commercial property investment and development work including acquisitions and disposals (both single property and portfolio transactions), development, joint venture and funding transactions as well as the property aspects of all types of corporate and business asset matters. He has acted for institutions, developers and investors such as AXA Sun Life, Matrix Securities, Evans Randall, Quintain Estates, Hilton and LaSalle Investment Managers. His recent experience includes the purchase, restructuring and then disposal of a large City of London property for Quintain, all development and funding aspects for various office, retail and mixed use developments for AXA, the purchase of a large multi-let retail and residential property for LaSalle and the purchase of a large pre-let City of London office block for Evans Randall.
