Parul has a broad range of expertise and experience in commercial property work acting for both private and public sector clients. Her particular expertise cover landlord and tenant matters and the acquisition and disposal commercial premises.

Parul acts for a variety of clients in relation to their property portfolios across a diverse range of business sectors including retail, manufacturing and business services. She has considerable experience in large scale property acquisitions and disposals and property management work for landlords and tenants.

As part of our Corporate Real Estate team Parul works with our corporate team on acquisitions and disposals of businesses with property portfolios and with our banking team in relation to business refinancing.

• Advising Royal Mail on an agreement for lease relating to premises to be constructed
• Acting for Trinity Mirror plc on various landlord and tenant matters
• Acting National Grid Gas plc on the acquisition of land required for the erection of a high profile gas pressure reduction installation
• Acting for a buyer on the acquisition of numerous retail units from a high street retailer which had gone into administration
