Our Paris practice is particularly focused in the following areas:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, private equity and venture capital
  • Litigation, domestic and international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution (ADR)
  • Commercial contracts, distribution and agency agreements, industrial cooperation and international trade law
  • Employment law at both the individual and collective level
  • Information technology and new technologies

We also advise on the tax aspects of France-based and cross-border mergers and acquisitions.

Our tax and benefits team advises companies on the implementation and administration of compensation arrangements, notably French stock option and restricted stock plans. We also advise on employee incentive programs and benefits and all aspects of social security law.

In the labor and employment sector, we advise on all areas of the individual employment relationship, as well as on collective labor relations.

Finally, we advise on international disputes, cross-border litigation and all insolvency matters.
