Olga Lesmanovich focuses her practice on general corporate and real estate matters. She was involved in conducting due diligence on a number of Russian companies, concentrating on review of foundation and corporate documents, commercial contracts and real estate documentation.

Olga routinely advises clients in connection with foundation and reorganization of legal entities and their day-to-day operations, employment issues, antimonopoly issues, and the negotiation and conclusion of commercial contracts.

Olga has experience dealing with Russian government authorities.
