Nicole Webb provides regulatory and transactional counsel on a wide variety of matters relating to the life sciences healthcare industry. Nicole has extensive knowledge of matters relating to fraud and abuse, the Stark Law, the laws governing tax-exempt organizations and bond-financed facilities, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA), general corporate responsibility, governance and corporate law, licensure, consent, clinical research, managed care, general contract matters and physician contract matters including physician services, employment, recruitment, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.

In addition to Nicole’s expertise in providing counsel to academic and community hospitals, nursing homes, physician groups, other providers and life sciences companies, Nicole has expertise assisting critical access hospitals and other rural providers.

Prior to joining the firm, Nicole was associate counsel in the regulatory and transactional healthcare practice for a national nonprofit health corporation.

She served as co-chair of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Healthcare Law CLE Planning Committee in 2006 and 2008, and is a frequent speaker at the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Annual Healthcare Law CLE Program.

Nicole is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys.
