During contract negotiations, our lawyers anticipate the potential for disputes and provide expert consultation on how to structure contract remedies and default clauses. We understand that the law of the land is only one consideration. The speed required for dispute resolution, the location of witnesses, geographic impediments and cross-border enforceability of any award must also be considered.
