Niamh Hogan Associate

Niamh Hogan practice focuses on Construction, Engineering and Projects and she has experience of a variety of contentious and non-contentious matters. Niamh is active in a number of sectors but her particular specialism covers non-contentious construction law in both the regeneration and development fields. She has been involved on a number of landmark regeneration projects as well as acting for developers, corporate occupiers, investors and funders on development and investment projects.

Niamh has experience in drafting and negotiating various construction documentation, appointments and warranties. Her contentious experience involves litigation, arbitration and adjudications.

Representative Experience

• Acting for the Homes and Communities Agency setting up Delivery Partner Framework to help it deliver £14 billion over the next two years.
• Advising various regional development agencies on several high profile regeneration projects, including Rochester Riverside, Chatham Maritime, the regeneration of Hull and Sheffield, Chatterley Valley, Walsall Waterfront and the coalfield regeneration in South Yorkshire.
• Acting for a large bank (in its capacity as a tenant) in relation to various developments.
• Advising and acting for a large developer in relation to various projects including shopping centres, leisure facilities, healthcare, student accommodation and universities throughout the country.
• Acting for a leading healthcare Developer in relation to various projects including primary care centres, GP surgeries and pharmacies.
