Nessa McGill focuses on the media industry particularly film, television, advertising and market services. • Advising a major UK Sales Agent on the sale and distribution of their slate of projects including drafting pro-forma sales and distribution agreements across all media including digital media and drafting and negotiating distribution agreements in numerous territories throughout the world.
• Acting for a leading content financier on feature film financing throughout Europe including drafting and negotiating loan and charging agreements and reviewing production and title documentation.
