Natalie Robinson's practice covers all aspects of commercial property. Natalie's particular experience includes Landlord and Tenant matters, portfolio and strategic acquisitions and property finance work.

Representative Experience

• Acting for a developer in acquiring a site (through option agreements and unconditional acquisitions) for the development of a supermarket. This matter included the provision of advice in respect of funding and the letting to a major UK Supermarket.
• Acting on the acquisition of 60 retail units for the buyer of a high street retailer which was in administration.
• Acting for Yorkshire Forward in respect of a building agreement and option to purchase a 7 acre development site for a waste to energy project.
• Co-ordinating the taking of 30 properties for Royal Mail to meet additional space requirements for Christmas post.
• Providing advice to a bank in respect of shariah mortgages
• Management of lettings at 2 large industrial parks.
