Natalie is a lawyer in the asset based lending team within our financial services practice. Natalie is based in our Birmingham Office.

Natalie advises on a variety of issues, largely advising in relation to new businesses but also providing advice concerning client management and/or facility restructuring such as taking additional security or amendments. Natalie has particular experience in the automotive industry and in cross border inventory facilities.

Natalie volunteers at the Birmingham legal advice clinic, which provides free legal advice to members of the public.

Representative Experience

• Acting for the Chesapeake group of companies in an undisclosed value full asset based lending financing in nine jurisdictions worldwide.
• Acting for the funder on the $250,000,000 re-finance of the JaguarLandRover Group by way of a bespoke and original inventory funding structure in the UK and US with a built-in ability to expand through the rest of the world.
• Acting for the funder in respect of the provision of £125,000,000 facilities, which include a receivables finance facility, property facilities and a working capital facility.
• Acting for funders providing £50,000,000 receivables financing and related banking facilities to an internationally listed manufacturer.
• Acting for the original funder in the syndication of a £85 million inventory financing facility.
• Acting for the funder in respect of an accession and amendment to an existing business finance agreement and related additional security requirements.

• Seconded to a high profile receivables financier for 5 months during 2011.
