Nacime is a senior associate in our Corporate Finance practice based in our Paris office. His particular expertise covers private equity and venture capital. Nacime also specialises in mergers and acquisitions, and management incentive schemes.

Nacime joined the firm in February 2009 after 6 years of practice as an associate at the Paris office of Lefèvre, Pelletier & Associés (Private Equity department).
