Molly McNally’s practice focuses on corporate transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, and on securities law compliance matters for domestic and foreign issuers.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Molly served as a judicial extern to The Honorable Judge Joe Billy McDade of the United States District Court for the Central District of Illinois.
