Markéta Lindnerová’s practice focuses on real estate, corporate finance and corporate law and public procurement. She joined Squire Sanders in 2008 after working at a major Prague-based law firm for three years. During her practice she has also gained experience in litigation and arbitration. Markéta advises both Czech Republic-based and international clients on real estate acquisitions, greenfield development, corporate acquisition and restructuring matters, as well as public procurement contracts.
