Marina Kim’s practice focuses on general corporate, antitrust (acquiring consent for mergers and acquisitions from Russia’s antitrust authority) and real estate matters including research to support legal decisions, due diligence reviews and preparation of legal memoranda.
Her experience includes drafting commercial contracts and agreements such as leases, pledges and share purchases; negotiation with government authorities; and advising on procedural and legal requirements in setting up legal entities and their day-to-day corporate operations.
