Mia Catanzano is an associate in the Labor & Employment team in the Paris office.
Her practice covers the full spectrum of Labor law, whether it be in consulting or litigation.
She studied at the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris (Sciences Po) before obtaining her bachelor’s degree in private law, followed by a master’s in business and tax law from Université Paris II Panthéon Assas. She also spent one year studying at King’s College in London.
Mia was admitted to the Paris Bar in January 2010.
Before joining the law firm in 2012, she worked for four years as a lawyer and then associate in a Parisian business law firm, focusing her practice on labor law and business litigation, defending a client body consisting primarily of international groups and airline companies.
Mia most notably represented airline companies before the industrial tribunals and the French Court of Appeals, regarding contested dismissals. She also intervened in matters of negotiation and writing up settlement agreements and severances by mutual agreement.
