Mayra Jacobo Troncoso focuses her practice on corporate and corporate finance, financial services and corporate governance. She started her career as a law clerk with Squire Sanders and became an associate once she obtained her J.D., with the highest honors in her class.

Her expertise includes assisting partners and associates in due diligence, incorporation and day-to-day operations of companies, mergers and acquisitions, establishment of branches of foreign companies, financial contracts and real estate acquisitions for individual and commercial entities in the Dominican Republic.

Mayra has been involved in several international events including the Human Rights International Competition held in Washington DC in 2009 and the Human Rights International Competition “Eduardo Jiménez de Aréchaga,” held in San José, Costa Rica, also in 2009.
