Max Czernin’s practice focuses on litigation. Max is experienced in researching and drafting memoranda on a broad range of civil and criminal issues.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Max was a law clerk to The Honorable Karen K. Caldwell of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky and an extern for The Honorable Jennifer B. Coffman of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Kentucky. While attending law school, Max received the CALI Excellence Award for the Future in administrative law, community property, constitutional structure, evidence, ethical lawyering, police practices and products liability.
