Representative Experience

• Acting for the landlord on the letting of over 200,000 sq ft of office space in Liverpool to a government department which is the largest single office letting ever to take place in Liverpool.
• Acting for a local authority on the acquisition, funding and development of a city centre gateway site.
• Acting for a local authority on the acquisition and lease back to the developer of two strategic city centre office development sites.
• Advising a developer on various acquisitions (including agreements with the local authority) in connection with the assembly of an 80 acre site in the north west of England for a major regeneration project.
