Marie-Aimée Peyron leads Squire Sanders’ Litigation Practice in the firm’s Paris office. Her particular expertise covers insolvency and employment, commercial, banking and corporate litigation, in respect of directors' and officers' civil and criminal liability, and enforcement proceedings.

Marie-Aimée is currently Vice President of the National Bar Council (“Conseil National des Barreaux”), Member of the “Conseil de Discipline de Paris”. She is formerly member of the “Conseil de l’Ordre de Paris” and Honorary President of the “Union des Jeunes Avocats de Paris”. In 2008, Marie-Aimée has been awarded the Legion d’Honneur.

    • Acting on behalf of a large international plant-care company and its insurer in a multi-million Euros lawsuit (product liability)
    • Defending numerous employers in various individual employment litigations
    • Acting on behalf of large companies (as a defendant) sued by workers unions
    • Defending companies in contestation on collective agreements for different Industrial Groups (more than 50 employees)
    • Defending different majors automotives suppliers on a claim regarding the calculation of work council resources
    • Representing the Halde in different discrimination litigations
