Marek Adamo is a transactional lawyer in Squire Sanders’ Northern California offices. His practice focuses on the representation of technology and emerging growth companies and venture capital firms in a variety of business transactions including entity formation, private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial agreements. He also advises public and private companies on securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
Marek has been named a Rising Star since 2009 in Northern California Super Lawyers for being amongst the top lawyers in Northern California 40 years of age and younger or in the practice of law for less than 10 years.
Marek’s work frequently involves international business transactions or clients.
Prior to practicing law, Marek worked as a software developer. He was a member of his law school’s Appellate Moot Court National Team.

- Advising a Nasdaq-listed financial institution on corporate governance and SEC compliance matters.
