Marcin Antczak’s experience includes extensive work on bank and acquisition finance projects including the establishment and transformation of companies, particularly those involving banks, their branches and representative offices. He conducts and reviews due diligence for financial institutions.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Marcin worked as an associate for several years in the Warsaw office of one of the world's leading law firms and in the securities and stock exchange department of another global law firm.

He attended the Center for American Law Studies of the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
