Opened originally in 1962, the Los Angeles office maintains the focus of its Graham & James predecessor, representation of global clients in their US business and legal affairs.
Many of our lawyers speak at least one language other than English including French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish. Working in tandem with lawyers in our firm's Asia-based offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo, our lawyers offer multiple perspectives – whether for a Pacific Rim corporation interested in the global marketplace, a business seeking entry into the Pacific Rim or a Europe-based firm seeking recovery on a breach of commercial contract in a US court. Our lawyers serve as leaders in the civic, business and legal communities and have been honored for their service pro bono with awards from the California Bar Association president and the Pro Bono Law Firm of the Year Award from Public Counsel.
