María's labor and employment practice includes advising clients on collective and individual dismissal; relocations and modification of working conditions; debt negotiation with the Social Security General Treasury; drafting of salary, loyalty policies and senior executive agreements; negotiating, drafting and interpreting collective bargaining agreements; redundancies before employment authorities; and collective disputes such as contesting collective bargaining agreements or joint social security claims.
