María Dolores Díaz advises companies on issues relating to all areas of commercial and labor law, defending them before tribunals and participating in numerous court proceedings. She specializes in employment aspects of bankruptcy proceedings and corporate restructuring.

María's labor and employment practice includes advising clients on collective and individual dismissal; relocations and modification of working conditions; debt negotiation with the Social Security General Treasury; drafting of salary, loyalty policies and senior executive agreements; negotiating, drafting and interpreting collective bargaining agreements; redundancies before employment authorities; and collective disputes such as contesting collective bargaining agreements or joint social security claims. She also represents employers in criminal proceedings.
