Lizzie Osborne is an associate in our Real Estate Practice Group (Commercial Property and Planning). Lizzie’s particular expertise covers landlord and tenant matters, investment portfolio work and advising on aspects of Traffic Orders, enforcement notices, planning conditions and rights of way. She also advises in relation to property and specific planning aspects of development schemes and assists on property aspects of sale and acquisition transactions.

• Advising a major landowner and developer in relation to local authority and police powers under Traffic Management Orders and negotiations in connection with a high profile stadium site.
• Advising on enforcement orders and breach of planning conditions in relation to premises comprising 500 homes.
