Lisa Butler Senior Associate

Lisa Butler practises principally in commercial and corporate law with a focus on energy and resources transactions and projects. Lisa has expertise in acquisitions and divestments, joint venture arrangements, off-take arrangements and risk management associated with exploration and production activities, both in Australia and internationally.

Lisa advises Australian and international clients on cross-border transactions, due diligence, joint ventures, foreign investment and structuring. She also advises on corporate law and corporate governance issues, in particular in relation to Corporations Act compliance and ASX Listing Rules. Lisa is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia and the Australian Mining and Petroleum Law Association (AMPLA).
