Lindsey Pheloung-Beck Associate

Squire Sanders Associate, Lindsey Pheloung-Beck has experience in contaminated sites, environment, planning and government law.  Lindsey advises corporate and statutory bodies on environmental compliance and reporting requirements at State and Federal levels, environmental litigation and strategic planning. Lindsey also provides advice on land access matters, assisting clients to obtain necessary land tenure and advising on compulsory land acquisition matters.

Lindsey has previously completed a contract with the Department of Environment and Conservation, where she worked in the Strategic Policy Branch.

Lindsey is the president of the Western Australia Chapter of the National Environmental Law Association. She also is a member of The Law Society of Western Australia.
