Lindsay Holmes focuses her practice on regulatory and transactional healthcare matters. Her experience includes advising healthcare clients on various data privacy and security matters, assisting insurance companies develop and file health insurance products, and counseling clients on fraud and abuse, telemedicine, and medical tourism issues, as well as FDA regulatory matters.
Lindsay previously worked in the in-house legal department of a health IT company where she focused on regulatory and compliance issues relating to HIPAA and HITECH.
Lindsay is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association Life Sciences and Health Information and Technology Practice Groups, as well as the DC Bar Health Law Section.
