Linda Park’s practice focuses on corporate finance and securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance issues. Linda has represented both issuers and underwriters in a wide range of sophisticated corporate and securities matters including public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and capital markets transactions. She also regularly advises clients on their SEC reporting and disclosure obligations and corporate governance requirements. Linda has extensive experience advising underwriters and issuers in IPOs, follow-on public offerings and private placements.

Linda is the author of “Road Shows on the Internet: Taking Individual Investors for a Ride on the Information Highway,” appearing in the Duke Law Journal in October 2002.
