Lisa Henneberry has extensive energy experience including handling all aspects of projects related to natural gas pipelines, power plants, renewable facilities, and liquefied natural gas facilities in the United States, Latin America, Asia, Africa and Europe. She also has significant experience in maritime finance including the financing of barge-mounted power generation facilities.
Lisa has significant experience representing suppliers, purchasers, transporters and shippers of natural gas, coal, coke, steam and power in the United States and Mexico. She has represented natural gas suppliers in connection with US and cross-border natural gas sales contracts to serve power generation facilities in the United States and Mexico. Lisa has advised clients on short- and long-term gas sales and pooling arrangements, steel companies in the purchase of coal, development of coking facilities and wind generation assets, and energy companies in the development of all aspects of power generation facilities including all associated input and offtake contracts throughout the Americas. She has also worked on the development of a number of liquefied natural gas (LNG) facilities, as well as numerous short- and long-term capacity and LNG and gas purchase and sales arrangements in the United States and Mexico.

Representing a large US-based gas marketing company in the preparation and negotiation of multiple cross-border natural gas supply agreements to serve power generation facilities in Mexico.

Representing a developer of solar generation facilities in the negotiation of various engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contracts.

Representing a global steel company in the negotiation of leases for the development and co-location of wind generation facilities on brownfield sites with ongoing mining operations.

Representing an international oil company in all aspects of the development of an LNG receiving, storage and regasification terminal in Altamira, Mexico.
- Representing a biofuels developer in the development of various biofuels facilities in the United States.
