• Advising on sexual harassment and bullying grievances made by two employees towards members of senior management team in a UK IT company.
• Advising on issues relating to equal pay.
• Advising on senior level exits including drafting and negotiating Compromise Agreements.
• Advising on the negotiated exit of a Finance Director from a charity, following the revealing of serious financial failings within the business.
• Advising on planning and implementing changes to terms and conditions.
• Advising a national IT company on the redundancy consultation process.
• Advising on the legal and practical implications of TUPE transfers, including complying with information and consultation obligations.
• Providing corporate support functions including carrying out due diligence and drafting service agreements.
• Advising Public Listed Company on record-keeping obligations and document retention policy.
• Advising (together with pensions specialists) on the legal and practical implications of closing a final salary pension scheme.
• Two month in-house secondment to a well known UK high street bank. Assisting the in-house team with a major restructure and collective redundancy process as well as a TUPE consultation process in relation to the transfer of part of the business and its employees in a merger with another bank.
