Kyle Recker’s practice focuses on real estate matters.

Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Kyle was a corporate lawyer for a manufacturer of life-sustaining medical devices, where he was responsible for handling matters related to contracts and commercial transactions, anti-kickback laws, FDA regulations, and other  compliance and regulatory matters. He also managed many of the day-to-day operations of the legal affairs department. Kyle continues to represent the manufacturer as outside legal counsel.

Kyle is a member of the American Bar Association and the National LGBT Bar Association.
