Kendall K. Wilson

Associate

Kendall Wilson focuses his practice on commercial litigation, representing clients in both state and federal court, as well as various state and federal regulatory bodies. He has represented clients in a variety of commercial and employment-related matters including breach of contract, fraud, trade secret misappropriation, wage and hour disputes, and discrimination charges.

While attending Arizona State University, Kendall received numerous academic honors including the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Trial Advocacy Award and the Anthony Duff Criminal Law Fellowship. He also was chosen as the Alumni Association’s Outstanding Graduate of 2009. During law school, Kendall also spent hundreds of hours working in the school’s Civil Practice Clinic, successfully representing victims of a complex mortgage fraud scheme.

Kendall is the author of “One Wrong, No Rights? Arizona’s Unconstitutional Attack on Undocumented Aliens,” which was published in the Arizona State Law Journal.
