Kristin Richner focuses her practice on bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights. She has experience in many facets of corporate reorganizations and bankruptcy, including representing debtors, creditors and equity holders in in-court and out-of-court reorganizations and liquidations.
Kristin was selected for inclusion in Ohio Super Lawyers–Rising Stars 2009, a listing of the top up and coming lawyers in Ohio.
She is a member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations, and the International Women's Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation – Central Ohio Network.
