Kerryn L. Moore

Kerryn Moore’s practice is concentrated in complex commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Kerryn has experience litigating a variety of matters under state and federal law, including breach of contract, real estate, business torts, employment disputes, construction defects, and bankruptcy appellate work. Her clients range from smaller local businesses to larger national institutions. Kerryn also undertakes pro bono matters and has successfully represented an indigent client in a parental rights severance and adoption matter.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Kerryn worked for one year as a law clerk for The Honorable Neil V. Wake of the United States District Court, District of Arizona.
While attending law school at Arizona State University, Kerryn was a research assistant, a teaching assistant in the school’s legal writing program and a student attorney in the school’s Civil Justice Clinic, where she successfully represented victims of a complex mortgage fraud scheme.
