Kevin Levey’s practice focuses on international business transactions such as infrastructure project development, project finance, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and privatizations. Over the last few years,
Kevin has been actively involved in the development of nuclear, solar, biomass, biofuels and other renewable energy power projects as well as clean coal-fired power projects in the United States and other countries. Kevin has also represented large multinational companies and various governments in major transactions throughout the world in myriad industry sectors including energy, telecommunications and transportation. He has represented large multinational companies in the design, financing, construction, operation and acquisition of major power generation, liquefied natural gas terminal and pipeline projects in Latin America including Brazil and Mexico.

Kevin devotes substantial time to philanthropic activities in the Washington DC area, having recently been appointed to the Board of the Directors of Greater DC Cares.
