Ken Kurosu, the managing partner of Squire Sanders’ Tokyo office and Asia practice coordinator, focuses his practice on project finance, infrastructure, mergers and acquisitions and related corporate and commercial law matters, with industry focuses on energy, aviation, telecommunications and chemicals.

Recently, Ken completed two four-year terms as outside statutory auditor (
kansayaku) for a Tokyo Stock Exchange first section listed fine chemicals company.
Ken has worked in Squire Sanders’ Los Angeles office, as well as in Hong Kong. He was raised in Japan.
