Kenichiro Kawada’s practice concentrates on corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, cross-border transactions, labor and privacy law issues in Japan, litigation and other international dispute resolutions for a variety of industries.

After receiving his LL.M. from the University of Southern California, he spent one year in Squire Sanders’ Los Angeles office before returning to Tokyo in 2010.
