Kevin M. Blair

Associate

Kevin Blair focuses his practice on general litigation matters for both US and non-US clients with an emphasis on commercial contract disputes. His practice includes litigation before both state and federal courts (trial and appellate) as well as representing clients in arbitration and mediation proceedings. 

Kevin is the co-author of “Out of the Frying Pan and Into the Fire: Class Arbitration From the Defense Perspective” for the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section’s 2007 conference, “The Future of Class Action Litigation in America.”

After working as a litigation associate for three years, Kevin took a sabbatical in 2009-2010 to clerk for The Honorable Anna Blackburne-Rigsby of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Kevin was a judicial intern for The Honorable Gerald Bruce Lee of the United States District Court, Eastern District of Virginia.

Kevin is a member of the American, Virginia and District of Columbia Bar Associations.
