Kate Ball is a senior associate in the Real Estate Practice Group based in our Birmingham office. Kate’s particular expertise covers development with a focus on healthcare development, corporate real estate including retail and leisure occupiers, corporate acquisitions and disposals and the charities sector. Kate acts for a number of significant clients in relation to their acquisitions and disposals of real estate, development of premises, investment transactions, and the asset management for clients with substantial leasehold portfolios.
