Katarzyna Witkowska-Pertkiewicz is a member of our Labor & Employment Practice Group. She assists clients on individual and collective labor law issues, as well as corporate and corporate law matters. She also participates in court proceedings on behalf of clients.

• Counseling an automotive sector company in implementing collective regulations on remuneration and work organization, and various employment issues including contract drafting and termination.
• Representing clients in litigations regarding claims for unjustified termination of employment agreements, remuneration for overtime work and compensation for an accident that occurred during the work.
• Providing day-to-day advice for a construction company on individual and collective labor law issues, as well as employment disputes.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts for management, employment agreements and civil contracts.
• Providing legal counsel to a furniture producer on mass redundancy procedures.
• Advising private investors on numerous mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Providing day-to-day advice to a real estate company on lease agreements for offices and commercial areas.
• Preparing articles of association and giving opinions on current corporate problems of clients.
