Julie-Anne focuses her practice on general corporate matters. She has been seconded to our Paris office and is currently on secondment to our Moscow office.
Prior to joining Squire Sanders, Julie-Anne worked for the Slovak branch of an international law firm where she worked on issues encountered by foreign investors.
Julie-Anne joined Squire Sanders in August 2009.
