Julia Kern is associate in our Commercial & Dispute Resolution practice based in our Berlin office.

Her particular expertise covers civil law, commercial law, German litigation law, banking law. Ms Kern regularly represents clients in commercially determined civil proceedings and assists clients in national and international commercial disputes.

Representative Experience

 

Her former experience includes working as a legal trainee in a law firm in Germany and at the German embassy in San José (Costa Rica).

 

Her recent experiences include:

• Arrangement and supervision of contracts, handling various litigation matters
• Advising of credit-/ financial service institutions on several issues of banking supervision law
• Advising on a £ 75 million refinancing for a global supplier of packaging
