Julia Dixon has extensive experience in providing advice to developers, occupiers and investors in respect of contentious and non-contentious planning and highway matters in a number of sectors including retail, housing, education and health. She has considerable inquiry experience. Julia’s practice also includes the energy sector and she advises on overhead electricity lines and wayleave hearings and applications for underground gas storage proposals. Julia is currently working for a number of clients in respect of their applications for Development Consent.
Julia regularly delivers client presentations and seminars.
Julia is a member of the Compulsory Purchase Association, the National Infrastructure Planning Association and Women in Property.
