Jörg Uhlmann

Jörg Uhlmann’s practice includes all aspects of banking and finance transactions including acquisition finance, syndicated lending, asset finance and real estate finance as well as capital markets issues. He advises banks, hedge funds and other financial institutions as well as borrowers in all aspects of finance transactions and securitizations.
Jörg is also a member of the Squire Sanders restructuring group. His representations focus on advising national and international creditors and companies on restructuring and insolvency law matters, in particular out-of-court restructurings and insolvency proceedings.
Before joining Squire Sanders, Jörg worked in the Frankfurt office of an international law firm. He was also a staff member of a German notary for six years.
Jörg is a member of the German working group of banking and capital markets.
