Juan Romaní’s practice focuses primarily on corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Juan also has experience in private and public equity transactions, real estate acquisitions and commercialization. He has prior experience working in the corporate department of a law firm in Spain where he focused on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private and public equity transactions.

• Advising a Spanish solar manufacturer on the acquisition of three companies involved in the construction of solar plants.
• Advising an international group on the acquisition of a company devoted to sterilization of many different types of materials.
• Advising the seller in the sale of a company owning a commercial area.
• Advising the borrower in the negotiation of a capex credit line increase for purpose of financing new projects.
• Advising the owner of a commercial area under construction on commercialization of the units.
• Advising an international group on the potential acquisition of a relevant interest in a Spanish listed company.
• Advising foreign UCITS on the commercialization of their shares in Spain and acting as their designated entity before the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
• Advising foreign groups on restructuring through a Spanish holding company.
• Advising a Spanish company in its merger with a Mexican company.

• Advising a company in its international transfer of registered address from Madeira (Portugal) to Spain.
