He has practiced as a lawyer, advising companies, defending them before tribunals and participating in numerous court proceedings, particularly in the labour jurisdiction.

He covers all aspects of employment and labour law. In particular: employment aspects of subcontracting and personal leasing; modification of working conditions; drawing up of internal policies; labour due diligence; work inspections; senior executive contracts; negotiating and drafting and collective bargaining agreements; judicial defence in dismissals and other individual proceedings (especially in matters with an international dimension or connection) as well as in collective disputes.

He also advises on aspects of immigration as the expatriation of executives or the process to obtain the corresponding work and residence authorizations in Spain.
