Jonathan Prosser's practice focuses primarily on UK and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint-venture transactions. Jonathan has particular expertise in the live music, entertainment and sports area, having acted on several high profile festival and football club acquisitions.
Jonathan is a keen rugby player, playing regularly for Blackheath Rugby Club.
