Jost Arnsperger is partner in the Corporate Transactions, Finance & Governance Practice based in our Berlin office. He has more than 20 years of experience as a business and transactional lawyer. His particular expertise covers advising on corporate transactions, disposals, outsourcing, financings, restructurings, privatizations and joint ventures. Further on an ongoing basis Jost advises on general corporate and compliance and commercial matters.

His work involves the representation and advise of a range of businesses in the transportation and logistics, automotive, maritime, healthcare, technology and manufacturing sector.

Jost has a great experience in advising international operating companies in particular on their business activities in Germany. He can draw upon many years of experience as general counsel of major national and international corporations and as a member of boards of various companies.

• Advising UK-based JAOtech on the acquisition of Mgate, a leading supplier of entertainment and communication systems for hospitals.
• Advising one of Europe’s largest ferry companies on commercial contracts a multinational transaction.
• Advising globally operating trading company on the sale of its business to a Siingapore-based supply chain group.
• Advising a German manufacturing group on the establishment and funding of a joint venture in India.
• Advising globally operating Scandinavian manufacturing company on the disposal of its East European business activities.
• Advising German ceramics group on the restructuring of the German business.
• Advising Romanian Panatek Group on the acquisition of Quelle Romania.
• Advising state-owned funding bank IBB on privatisation of a real estate company.
