Jonathan Dunkley is an Associate in our Restructuring and Insolvency practice based in the London office. He is an insolvency lawyer, advising Insolvency Practitioners, banks and asset based lenders in respect of all issues arising in corporate insolvencies and acting for Insolvency Practitioners in relation to issues arising out of bankruptcies.

In addition to his legal practice Jonathan is an active member of the firm’s Charity Committee and also coordinates the firm’s involvement with Ben Jonson School as part of the firm’s commitment to corporate social responsibility.

Representative Experience

• Advising Administrators in relation to the pre-pack sale of well known recruitment company specialising in media, marketing and communications.
• Advising Administrators in relation to the sale of a respected manufacturing business specialising in pallet strapping.
• Representing Administrators in an action relating to competing claims to title in an asset in tri party litigation.
• Acting for Administrators in relation to a conversion claim brought by a supplier to the company in administration.
• Acting for Administrators in a wide variety of industries such as logistics, manufacturing, recruitment and retail in relation to business and asset sales.
• Advising banks and asset based lenders generally in relation to the adequacy of their security, the default of their clients under the terms of their respective finance arrangements and the recovery, enforcement and insolvency procedures available to them.
