Joon Kim focuses his practice on cross-border corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing. Joon also represents Korea-based electronics manufacturers with patent infringement litigation in the United States. Joon serves as outside general counsel for a number of the Korea-based conglomerates.
Joon is a member of the State Bar of California, Los Angeles County Bar Association and Korean-American Bar Association.
